After that, you set off on a memorable walk through three villages of the Dzao ethnic group: Nà Thác, Khuổi My, and Lùng Vài. You will be invited to explore the charm of old houses with roofs covered by moss and the beauty of the vast rice terraces of the Dzao and Tays.
At the end of the day, return to your lodge to enjoy the swimming pool and scenic view from the lodge. Dinner at restaurant on your own. Overnight at the lodge.
In the afternoon, you will continue along the small path to the village of Nậm Đăm, where you will spend the night. You can take a short walk around the village to help the family prepare dinner with "from farm to table" ingredients. You will have the opportunity to learn more about their cultural identity through dinner with the family.
In the afternoon, we'll head to the Chin Khoanh pass (Nine Ramps), a place of unparalleled beauty, and take a break to admire the breathtaking scenery of this famous pass (it is also an excellent place for a photo shoot). After that, we are invited to visit a H'mong family who have been practicing the silver carving trade for 6 generations in the ancient village of Lao Xa. Here we can chat with H'mong craftsmen and learn about the history of the family, their village, and the culture of the H'mong people who have lived on the rocky plateau for centuries.
We'll then return to the main road to continue to Ma Lé, another tiny village of the Hmong ethnic group with ancient houses that are hundreds years old, each telling a unique story of the H'mong people's history. After a leisurely walk in a small path of the town, where we can stop and have a nice chat with local people, we will get back in the car and head to our lodge - Dinh Đá H'Mông - a guesthouse inspired by H'mong cultural architectural works.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Next, you will head towards Yen Minh and Du Gia, a remote commune of Ha Giang. On the way, you will traverse the Ma Pi Leng, one of Vietnam's four largest passes that connects the province's two highest districts: Dong Van and Meo Vac. The Ma Pi Leng Peak, a breathtaking viewpoint, will leave you in awe with its panoramic vistas of the Tu San Abyss, Nho Que River, and the Road of Happiness. After a brief rest at the Ma Pi Leng Peak, get ready for an exhilarating adventure as you descend and embark on a boat trip on the Nho Que River through the Tu San Canyon. This is the second highlight of the day, promising an unforgettable experience. The Tu San Canyon, Southeast Asia's deepest, is nestled in a valley with unique geological tectonics in Vietnam, adding an extra thrill to your journey.
