Itinerary: 7:00 a.m.: Your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby and take you by car to our speedboat at Bach Dang Pier. 7:20 am: Depart Saigon by speedboat. An introduction to rural traditions and aspects of riverbank life will be given as you enjoy a light breakfast. 8:50 am: Arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels site before most bus tours. Watch a brief introductory video about the Cu Chi area. 9:00 am: Explore the tunnel site, including weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating an authentic Viet Cong tunnel, visiting different underground bunkers, a firing range, and more. Try the local cassava root that sustained Viet Cong fighters. 11:15 am: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch by the river. 12:00 pm: Depart Cu Chi Tunnel and return to Ho Chi Minh City. 1:30 pm: Arrive at Bach Dang's pier and be driven back to your hotel by car. The Afternoon Half-Day Program (5-6 hours) also offers the same schedule, departing at 11:00 a.m. and returning to Ho Chi Minh City at 5:00 p.m.
