Starting from Cuc Phuong National Park, located 160 km south of Hanoi, is well known for its Endangered Primate Rescue Center which is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation of the endangered primates in Vietnam. Then you will have the opportunity to admire and listen to the stories of rescued bears from bile farming and the illegal wildlife trade in Vietnam at the Ninh Binh Bear Sanctuary. You also have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the blue hue of the water as you paddle a rustic sampan along the Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve – an area not crowded but still incredibly beautiful, home to thousands of species of flora and fauna, including rare ones. There, you can also encounter and converse with local farmers working in the fields, learning about their local life.
Beyond enjoying spectacular nature, take some time to explore the historical and cultural stories dating back centuries at Hoa Lu – the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties
