Details

You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning at 7:30 for a transfer to Long An. From there, we will cycle to My Tho on dirt tracks, concrete paths, and narrow roads. Today's ride will take you through beautiful countryside, charming villages, stunning rice paddy fields, orchards, and lush vegetable gardens. You will be welcomed by many friendly locals and children who will greet you with "hello" along the way. Feel free to stop and chat with them while enjoying seasonal fruit. We will finish the ride in a village near My Tho, and then take a short transfer to Vinh Trang pagoda. Alternatively, if you wish and time permits, you can continue riding all the way to the pagoda. After a brief visit, we will continue the trip with a boat ride on the Tien River to Dragon Island, where you will have lunch at a local restaurant. But the adventure doesn't end there! You will visit orchards and bee-keeping farms, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit and traditional music, explore the local coconut candy production process, and sample candy & coconut jam. Additionally, you will enjoy a rowing boat through narrow canals with lush water coconut trees before being transferred back to the city for a shuttle back to your hotel, arriving in the late afternoon.
