Upon arrival at your hotel, your guide and driver will wait to take you to Red River. Here, you will visit Ngoc Thuy wet market and meet the host of your cooking class. She will introduce you to Vietnamese cuisine and assist you in selecting fresh ingredients for your cooking class.
Transfer to a beautiful private Maison on the bank of Duong River, where you can engage in a cooking class and learn to cook a traditional Hanoian meal consisting of 4 dishes. Tam Cuisine's cooking class is unique because they alter their cooking menu based on the season.
