Tam Cuisine is a cooking class center founded in 2018 by Hanoian women to promote and maintain traditional Hanoi foods and highlight Hanoi and Vietnamese culinary culture.

Upon arrival at your hotel, your guide and driver will wait to take you to Red River. Here, you will visit Ngoc Thuy wet market and meet the host of your cooking class. She will introduce you to Vietnamese cuisine and assist you in selecting fresh ingredients for your cooking class.
Transfer to a beautiful private Maison on the bank of Duong River, where you can engage in a cooking class and learn to cook a traditional Hanoian meal consisting of 4 dishes. Tam Cuisine's cooking class is unique because they alter their cooking menu based on the season.

After the meal, you will be transferred to the city. On the way back, you can stop and walk on the Long Bien Bridge, built in French colonial times. Your guide will explain the story of the bridge and its role in Hanoian life.
